I bought this microphone for use in recording a band playing in bars. The sensitivity was very good and I was pleased with the sound quality. The only problem for me was the issue of volume control which I can't blame on the mic but if I was to do this again, I would go for an analog mic with an external sound device where I had more control than using the windows 7 interface.

The mic works relatively well. As well as one can expect from the price. Connects to computer easily which is a really great feature. I would recommend this to any amateur singers/musicians or people doing voice over work.

HATE IT!!!!!!! The directions on how to install this are horrible......I don't recommend anyone to purchase this.

Very easy to set up an use. This is the perfect basic mic for someone who wants to record podcasts, or simply record their own songs or do a bit of karaoke on their computer. Decently priced, it is able to sit stationary or with the cord, allow the user to move around to make the user more comfortable performing. Made a nice gift for the future sister-in-law, who is learning music, but not ready for heavy duty equiptment at this stage in the game. But it has a very nice quality sound and is more than adequate for for her needs now, and will certainly last for years with proper care.

I bought this mic for voice over projects. Overall, it's a great mic, however, I don't know if it's me or what but when I record my voice, the mic picks up this background hissing. When I'm not talking there is a lot of hissing. Anyone else have this problem?
